  • Generate spam or unsolicited bulk communications

Abuse of Service

  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our services without permission
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our services without authorization
  • Intentionally overload our infrastructure or disrupt service for other users

Security Violations

  • Interfere with security features or authentication mechanisms

4. AI-Generated Content

When using our AI-powered features:

  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before use.
  • AI outputs should not be presented as human-created when transparency is required.
  • You must comply with applicable AI regulations in your jurisdiction.
  • Do not use AI features to generate content that violates this policy.

5. Resource Usage

  • Use resources reasonably and within your plan's allocated limits.
  • Do not engage in cryptocurrency mining or other resource-intensive activities unrelated to our services.
  • Excessive API calls or bandwidth usage may result in throttling or suspension.

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it to support@heyenzo.ai. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

7. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

  1. Warning: First-time or minor violations may receive a warning.
  2. Suspension: Repeated or serious violations may result in temporary account suspension.
  3. Termination: Severe violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation and to take appropriate action at our sole discretion.
